CVM&Channel Management Specialist

Role Purpose:
Channel Management in the Customer Value Management & Channel Management department.
General Description:
Be responsible to define, develop, drive and implement the Vodafone Consumer Distribution channels strategy. Working closely with consumer marketing and sales force teams to ensure the profitability of the Vodafone consumer business lines (fixed and mobile) within the right channels, guaranteeing the efficiency of the Distribution Network model.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the Commission Plan, Incentive mechanics and other Benefit Plans for the Consumer Business Channels.
- Commissions Project Management.
- Analytics and Channel Management performance metrics.
- Training and best sales practices.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, Power BI and Power Point).
- Experience in project management.
- Previous experience and interest in gaming will be valued.
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong analytical component and critical spirit.
- Organization capacity.
- Accuracy and precision in the calculation and presentation of results.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relational component.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to respond to tight timings and respond in pressure situations.
