• Create cross media data driven content strategy, end to end plan management and track performance through all social channels
• Working closely with agencies and internal teams to create content plan relevance according with live events for all fan audiences across all segments, communities, platforms, content, and channels
• Maximize brand's exposure, sports education and strong engagement to appeal each channel/target driving conversions and time usage of the service
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, sponsors, rights holder, affiliates to help drive awareness and growth through the different key events
• Brainstorm new and creative strategies in the field of digital marketing and incorporating fresh and effective new approaches into social media marketing plans.
• Identify trends and innovation opportunities

Perfil ideal

• 5+ years experience in social media marketing
• Sports & Pop Culture Lover
• Vision, Agile, Detail and Creative Thinking
• Analysis and Report Driven is mandatory
• Disruptive and Sports Comm Trendsetter
• PT and EN Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who isn't afraid of hands-on involvement and taking on responsibility
• Motion Graphics and Design know how is a must
