Global Markets is part of CIB and provides cross-asset investment, hedging, financing, research and market intelligence to corporate and institutional clients, as well as private and retail banking networks. Your Main Activities Are

• Responsible for closing all events & roadshows within set timescales and updating client database ?roadshows within 2 months of roadshow end / events within 2 months from event end? once budget reconciled by Event or Roadshow Manager.


• Management of the entire invoice process from preparation of invoices to recharge costs back to clients to query handling, investigation and follow up (including debt recovery) / other companies / other BNP Paribas subsidiaries etc using invoicing system


• Ensure balances on cost centres are reported monthly and cleared by the end of each financial year


• Ad hoc reporting on all events and roadshow activity


• Assistance with annual budget process and other ad-hoc project work across MCE


• Provide on?going support and advice to all team members on any cost related questions.


• Liaise with Finance Department / Business on any cost related issues.


• Liaise with Tax and Finance Departments on VAT / Tax issues related to the events & roadshow expenses.


• Monitoring internal costs related to team projects and liaising with the relevant department to resolve any queries.


• Liaising with AP Finance Department on all cost related queries, ensuring correct allocation of received funds, coding etc.


• Encourage and demonstrate the benefits of recharging of roadshows on settlement

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor degree (minimum)


• Knowledge of accounting


• Fluency in English (mandatory)


• Strong initiative, common sense, confidence


• Team player


• Discreet, tactful and diplomatic ? confidentiality / discretion required at all times


• Self?motivated and proactive
