We are looking for French (Native/Fluent) and English (minimum B2) speakers (M/F) to work customer support in Oriente (Lisbon, Portugal).

TASKS:

• Offer first-class Tech support to clients - After sales for several brands in terms of domestic appliances;
• You will be the client first contact and you need to do the first diagnostic of the client problem;
• If the client problem is bigger, you need to address the problem to another department;
• Confer with customers by email or phone to provide information about products, after sales: Follow up Order, repair machine (first line threshold, small things), complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer support;
• Fluent in French (mandatory);
• Knowledge in English (minimum B2);
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8h00 to 6h00 pm;
• Available to start at 21/04/2021.

OFFER:

• Salary Conditions: 830? gross + 7, 23?/day paid by meal card + performance bonus;
• CDI - Permanent Contract - 3 months of trial period;
• Multinational environment to work in;
• Initial and continuing training .
