The Senior Accounts Payable SAP RE-FX Officer position is part of the Group Strategic Sourcing Services ? Cost Accounting Operations department, and is in charge of the vendors accounting treatment and related processes, within the BNPP Group.

Your Main Activities Are

• Ensuring the booking of invoices in SAP RE-FX accounting module;

  
  

• Classifying the invoices by register General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Center, Purchase Order;

  
  

• Performing fixed assets bookings, in different asset types such as buildings, properties or assets under construction by using asset classes.

  
  

• Preparing the related reporting;

  
  

• Preparing VAT and other tax reporting and controls;

  
  

• Analyzing Vendor and Client accounts, tax codes, line item, open item, and reconciliation accounts

  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting and Economics;

  
  

• Professional experience: at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and organisation

  
  

• Strong SAP RE-FX and FICO key user experience as accounts payable with advanced knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable;

  
  

• Strong experience in Real estate is a strong plus

  
  

• Strong knowledge of VAT is mandatory

  
  

• Knowledge of IFRS16 is a strong plus

  
  

• Office tools Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

  
  

• Fluency in English (writing and speaking) and a good command of French is mandatory;

  
  

• Experience in use of Office applications and ERP system application (SAP/Oracle preferred) is mandatory

  
  

• The ability to work quickly with excellent attention to detail;
