About the job

The Deployment Manager position is part of the Group Strategic Sourcing Services - Purchasing Solutions & Digital department staffing, and is in charge of managing deployments of the One Sourcing Solution tools. In a first phase, the deployment manager will be focused on the deployment of new entities in the expense claims solution tool SAP Concur.

Your Main Activities Are

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (MOA, MOE, Customer, etc.) and ensure technical feasibility of the project (deployments, internal projects, reorganization?)

  
  

• Support the implementation and maintain a common expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur) for BNPP entities based on a standard Core Model

  
  

• Plan, execute and close projects

  
  

• Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

  
  

• Translate customer needs into functional specifications in line with the Core Model

  
  

• Implement the functional specifications in SAP Concur tool

  
  

• Define test procedures; execute test scenarios and follow-up on test result

  
  

• Gather business requirements and perform business analysis if needed

  
  

• Assess risk and provide risk response plans

  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor degree, or equivalent by experience, in Finance, IT or other relevant fields

  
  

• At least 5 years of previous experience in Project Management (IT Systems), with experience in Sourcing or Expense Claims tools being a strong plus

  
  

• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting is mandatory

  
  

• Proficiency in Office Tools suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) is mandatory

  
  

• Previous experience with Expense Claims tools (SAP Concur or other) is a strong plus

  
  

• Previous experience as an SAP End-user (FI/CO or MM/SD) is a plus
