CONTEXT

Design Solutions is an in-house Design team, which provides the capacity to deliver a range of design services within CIB. Design Solutions works closely with its internal clients to design engaging marketing and communication materials.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Trainee to create professional design solutions across multiple channels, working alongside a dynamic creative studio dealing with multiple clients around the world.

You will manage more than one brief at a time, adapting existing marketing materials and developing new designs using the best of your design skills and your own visual culture. Respecting brand guidelines and a professional attitude is essential to this role.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Design professional marketing materials (infographics, brochures, one pagers, posters, roll up banners, etc)

• 
  Respect brand identity by adhering to BNP Paribas graphic guidelines

• 
  Listen to clients and understand their needs before making design decisions
  

• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

• 
  Pay careful attention to detail while being efficient and delivering design on deadlines

PROFILE

• 
  Bachelor degree in Design, Arts or similar

• 
  Up to 2 years of experience, mainly in Graphic and Digital Design

• 
  Fluent in English

• 
  Good knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• 
  Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving abilities

• 
  Ability to collaborate with others and work within a team
