JOB PURPOSE

The call-back team member will principally oversee call-backs to the group's suppliers to verify their payment details, check that these have been properly entered, and approve them. The coverage of the call-backs will be for the Global CIL suppliers. The individual will also participate in treasury reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of the call-back process for all entities of the CIL group. Suppliers may be located in countries ranging from Australia to the US. This entails:

• Performing callbacks on all new payment details and whenever there is a change in the current payment details;
  
• Check and approve payment details in the systems;
  
• Ensuring that no payment details are approved unless a call back is performed;
  
• Performing the sanctions checks on all bank involved in the payments (beneficiary bank and intermediary bank), and liaising with the compliance team for any issues;
  
• Any other treasury requirements that may arise from time to time.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 2 years experience in an admin position (preferable in Finance/treasury or payables team);
  
• Very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  
• Possess highest standards of integrity and reliability;
  
• Strong team player;
  
• Patient, Enthusiastic, dynamic personality, comfortable in a complex multinational work environment;
  
• Able to work under pressure;
  
• Good IT skills especially on database understanding (Excel);
  
• Fluent in English/Portuguese;
  
• Preferably knowledge of either-or: Romanian/ Mandarin
