MISSION

Support the sales team and marketing activities for BIAL?s Consumer Health brands, ensuring the achievement of the set-up goals, according to the established drug legislation.

MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support sales team with analysis of sales growth, trends and pricing;
  
• Assist in market analysis and develop ways to improve campaigns;
  
• Provide support in the definition of materials and implementation at points of sales;
  
• Ensure the execution of team events;
  
• Manage daily administrative tasks;
  
• Support the execution of cycle sales meetings;
  
• Assist the team in all strategic activities.
  

PREFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND FACTORS

• Degree in Management, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals or other relevant field;
  
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry;
  
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  
• Good communication and social skills;
  
• High sense of responsibility;
  
• Solid planning and organization skills (preferred);
  
• Analytical know-how and logical approach towards problem solving (preferred).
