Work Scope
The role of a Support Consultant is to support the Executive Researchers on a given number of assignments. Tasks will include general project admin and thorough desk research on specific projects, where you will be required to build a deep understanding of the roles that our clients recruit for. You will be expected to learn and master the best Internet research tools to find candidates globally. You must have excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and as part of a team. Most of our searches are either European or Global. We are looking for two Support Consultants that can be based anywhere in Europe and the US. For candidates based in Europe fluency in another European language would be an advantage but not essential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Weekly projecting reporting, able to work confidently with excel
  • Finding email addresses and phone numbers.

· Producing target lists and collecting company information where relevant

· Name gathering through desk research

· Phone checking data when needed to make sure it is accurate
Expectation of Skills, Knowledge & Experience

· Previous recruitment experience desirable

· Previous experience working in an administrative function

· Excellent Excel skills

· Excellent Powerpoint skills and able to design powerpoint presentations.

· Excellent Word skills

· You must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills

· You must have a conscientious & methodical approach to work coupled with flexibility and the ability to think on your feet & respond to last minute changes calmly.

· Able to work under pressure and be a strong team player

· Be comfortable within a target driven industry.

· Set up and able to work from home

· A second European language would be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From 7.00? per hour
