Founded in 2013 by 2 good friends, Indie Campers has set its mission on democratizing road trips by enhancing travel experiences and lowering prices for millions of travellers worldwide. We envision becoming the world's no. 1 road trip provider and are quickly expanding - vertically and geographically - to make it happen on a daily basis.

What is the Fast Track Programme 2021?

This programme has been developed to identify highly talented young people, who are looking for a unique opportunity to start their career in a fast-paced, dynamic and digital environment. The final 15 candidates will join the team as Junior Associate with a remunerated full-time agreement for 9 months (starting between July & August).

By the end of the Programme, Top Performers will receive a job proposal to join the HQ team with a competitive remuneration and incentives package, subject to yearly promotion.

The programme will be adjusted and adapted according to scenario of COVID-19, thus ensuring the safety of all candidates. Consequently, there may be a possibility that the programme will start remotely.

Application Process

1. Online application

Online application is open until June 4th only. Recommendation letter - from colleagues, friends, family or teachers - are highly encouraged. We recommend you to activate your IEFP profile before applying (if possible) as it will speed up the process.

2. Group session

We will gather the selected candidates in groups of 5 to 10 people via virtual call, to discuss a business problem related with indie Campers. Analytical thinking and social skills will be assessed.

3. Case study

At this stage, the candidates will receive a case study regarding the business area they have more interest and fit with. It will be sent by email and each candidate has 5 days to prepare a presentation to be discussed with the CEO and Team Leader (around 1h).

4. Interview 1:1

Our HR team will talk with the final candidates individually (25min. call), to explore their expectations about the project and their fit regarding the different areas within the company.

5. Job offer

The 15 final candidates Selected by the Executive Board will be contacted in order to review their working agreement and receive information about the next steps. The equipment will be provided by the company.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin./ Management, Economics, Marketing/E-commerce, Engineering, Technology / Product Development / IT, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Law, Finance, Human Resources, Sales

  
  



• Solid academic background and active engagement in extracurricular activities (e.g., sports, volunteering)
