ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using MIS tools in order to perform data extraction. Manipulate and format the data in order to create reports, as well as routine maintenance of reports, always having procedures in place and updated;


• Maintaining and calculating accurate Client Contribution and PnL figures;


• Be responsible for creating/collating the presentation for the Top Management committees;


• Coordinate the work performed by the different functions involved in the Sales framework (Due Diligence, Sales Assistants, Compliance, Client Management, Sales teams, and so on);


• Coordinate and contribute to several initiatives together with other teams, namely PT FO Support and GM Finance Support teams;


• Lead projects to streamline workflows, automate tasks and reduce risk through industrialization via programming, project management with the IT and overall improvement of our processes;


• Engage in project management to improve the quality of our reporting.

PROFILE

• Masters Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance;


• Perfect fluency in English;


• Excellent Excel skills, with an analytical mind-set;


• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, VBA) and/or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus;


• Clearly exhibited decision-making and problem-solving skills;


• Very strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly;


• Autonomous, capable of initiatives, multi-tasking, fast-learner, pro-active;


• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
