THE COMPANY
Barkyn is improving the lives of pet families around the world with new magical e-commerce experience. We developed a platform that delivers health and happiness products and services in a comfortable and personalized way. Currently specialized in dogs, we provide subscription plans that include food, goodies, treats and a dedicated online vet.
This way, we?re not only changing the pet market, but we?re also reshaping the way the e-commerce experience should feel - human, personalized, seamless & beautiful. THE ROLE
We're creating a loved brand in Europe and this is where your story starts. You will drive strategy and execution of experiments around customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and customer journeys. This should be led by an analytical ecosystem you'll help to build, together with our great marketing team, so we can learn as quickly as possible. Specifically:
- Streamline our metric analysis and experiments roadmap so we know what to improve next in terms of retention and conversion
Intervene in the user journey to enhance customer engagement and retention levels
Work cross-functionally with the product and market teams to execute customer retention actions
Present frequent detailed analytical reports on the results of retention measures implemented
Work together with our Product team to identify new hypothesis to be tested or initiatives to be implemented.
MANDATORY
Experience in marketing at a B2C company, ideally in e-commerce (4 years)
Previous technical experience in at least two of these fields: performance, email marketing, CRM, retention and/or growth marketing
Be knowledgeable in world-class customer retention programs and best practices
Comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards and reporting
Strong communication and social skills
Proficient or Fluent English
