Your day to day


As a Marketing Coordinator, under the supervision of the Head of Sales & Marketing, you?ll guarantee the quality and consistency of all actions in regards to communication and PR by coordinating our relation with all our trusted partners, such as, communication agencies, press, social media, digital marketing and to help us taking advantage of all the events we host so that they can be promoted in order to drive business and increasing hotel awareness as an ultimate goal. People · Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive ? linking up departments to create sense of one team · Interact with outside contacts and vendors: Communication Agency, Press, and other contacts required · Manage, organise, and develop content to be used in different channels such as websites, social media platforms, digital media and other communication platforms that we may use, to ensure quality awareness · Creation where required of content to be used within our digital platforms or other channels within our awareness strategy · Brand activation of our different products and services as per IHG Guidelines and ensuring IHG Hotels & Resorts identity is visible throughout · Admin support to the sales & marketing department where required. Other ad-hoc duties ? unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done. Guest Experience · Effectively communicates to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully meet the clients expectations · Enable high productivity whilst maximizing downtime · Relate to business needs and make sure team prioritizes the things that helps business succeed · Coordinate the monthly communication activities in order to successfully deliver the established communication and marketing plan taking in consideration different actions as well as important dates, happenings or events · Anticipate needs, Help guests - you?ll be happy to help if someone needs assistance with a request or complaint Responsible Business · Raise the awareness and reputation of your hotel and the brand locally · You will ensure that your day-to-day activities are environmentally conscious and supportive to reduce the hotel?s carbon footprint

What we need from you


· Highly self-organised person that has ability of multitasking without loosing focus on delivering according to targets and goals · A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. · Business language capacities and tools usage knowledge preferable · Bachelor's Degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in marketing, communication, hospitality or related field · Position may have additional qualifications per brand standards
