- Daily Management of the Customer Support/Claims Management Team, both at customer service and back office level;

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and methodologies;

- Analyse and develop action plans:

- Monitor, evaluate and ensure control of the team;

- Should ensure that complaints are resolved in a legal timely manner;

- KPI?s Analysis (team, individual, customer satisfaction, among others), as well as reporting and analysis of results.
