The role
Your mission is to provide friendly and professional customer service by email and phone to ensure that customers are supported at all times with the right insight information.
This is your new job in Lisbon if

• You have native level French and you are fluent in English (from B2)
• You have experience in Customer Support
• You have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• You are customer-oriented
• You feel comfortable in fast-paced environments
• You are an EU resident, or you have a valid work permit

Your day to day at work

• Confer with customers by email or phone to provide information about products, after sales, repairs and complaints
• Offer first-class Tech support to clients
• Assist clients in the after-sales process by answering inquiries for several brands related to domestic appliances
• Do the first diagnostic of the client?s problem (you are the user's first contact); you will have 60 process to support you during the diagnostic
• Provide product information
• Follow-up orders, repairs and complaints: If the client problem is bigger, address to another department
