We are looking for CENTER AGENTS who speaks both Portuguese and English fluently who will work permanently from home for our US based clients.

Job responsibilities:
- Willing to work in the Pacific Standard Time
- Handling in-bound and outbound calls
- Administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments with potential clients for Case assessment.
- Communicate with clients through SMS, E-mails and phone calls.
- Qualify prospective clients for (Law Firm) through interviews over the phone.
- Manage paperwork necessary including documents retrieval, signing and filing forms.
- Send retainer documents and do follow-ups (Client's discretion)
- Communicate with POCs or Clients for lead management and status
