Daily activities:
Conducting lead management by contacting digital agencies who are focused on their customers growth and satisfaction on a daily basis;

Establish a trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant to help them with their clients advertising strategy

Become a product and solution expert in order to teach digital agencies how to analyze data, allocate budget and use Google products to optimize campaigns based on their customers goals

Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients

Help generating a high impact ROI on Google investment by up-selling

Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

What do we offer?

Start date: 19.04

Working hours: Monday ? Friday 8:00 ? 17:00h

Fully remote recruitment process

Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (40 days training contract and after that 12 months fixed-term contract)

Competitive salary and remuneration system:
Approx. 1040? gross basic salary per month ? with company accommodation (fully equipped private accommodations in modern apartment complex ? the studios are an excellent choice for digital nomads around the world and are located in a great and authentic area of Lisbon)

Approx. 1400? gross basic salary per month (if you do not need company accommodation)

Great performance bonus: up to 500? per month

SIGNING BONUS: 2000? (divided into 2 parts: 1000? after training start and 1000? after signing the 1 year contract)

Work in a modern office in Lisbon (Portugal) - > Alternative option: temporary start in the home office (for technical reasons you have to be in Lisbon and the surrounding area)

Private health insurance (in addition to standard insurance)

22 days of paid vacation per year

Complete, paid training (40 working days on site)

What we expect from you:
1-2 years overall work experience in sales and digital advertising or PPC campaigns

You speak German (at least C1)

You speak English (preferably at least B2)

Proven record of target achievement, strong sales attitude and desire to meet Sales quotas

Strong negotiation skills and solid capability to build long lasting relationships

You are looking for an energetic environment

You are passionate about online Advertising and new technologies
