As a Support Desk Engineer at Dellent Consulting, you?ll Implement new technical solutions that improve the operations on Digital products, be the bridge between other 3rd line teams and Digital Success from a technical perspective, develop new solutions on any platform that eliminate friction in end user experience as well as implement various configurations on systems owned by Digital Success (sys admin).rnrnQualifications:rn- 2+ years experience as a support engineer in an international environment;rn- Experience managing Windows and/or MAC OS;rn- A disciplined approach to problem-solving and project execution;rn- Experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products;rn- Experience on providing support in several technologies and systems;rn- Appetite to learn new technologies and constantly improve technical skills;rn- Excellent communication skills & team work;rn- Availability for US Shifts 24x7 and on call is mandatory;rn- Fluent in English (mandatory).rnrnrnDo you think your profile fits this job description?
