Securities Services Chief Conduct & Control Officer

The Chief Conduct & Control Office (CCCO) team is acting as first line of defense on all BP2S non-financial risks. This team is based in Paris and has a worldwide responsibility for BP2S.
The global head of CCCO wants to build a team in Portugal as an extension of the team based in Paris, to cover the following activities:
Conduct program. The Conduct team in charge of CIB Conduct program implementation for the métier, notably the reinforcing of the Conduct control framework in the context of FRB remediation plan
Permanent Control Global coordination: The Global OPC team in charge of the supervision and the animation of the operational control framework for the métier (deployment and execution of the control plan, RCSA campaigns, recommendations follow-up, incidents monitoring, Volcker certification etc.)
Outsourcing coordination, in charge of the supervision and the animation of the TPRM framework, notably the implementation of EBA guidelines
TAC & NAC management. The TAC/NAC management team in charge of the validation of the new activities / transactions for the métier, including remediation actions
We are recruiting a team of 3 CCCO officers for the new BP2S CCCO team in Portugal
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CCCO Officer will report to BP2S CCCO Manager in Portugal.
CCCO Officer will work on at least two of the following four streams of activity: (1) Conduct, (2) Permanent Control Global coordination, (3) Outsourcing coordination, and (4) TAC & NAC Management.
Deliver in a timely and accurate manner all CCCO deliverables
Gain in expertise and polyvalence on at least 2 streams of CCCO team
Adapt quickly to changes: managing risk is managing planed changes but also the unexpected
Collaborate with Operational and IT experts and with locations
Engage actively with all members of CCCO worldwide community
Support changes leaded by Paris team
Develop personal expertise on all CCCO domains and BP2S activities worldwide
Actively support the integration and application of regulation requirements in the organization, and the implementation of remediation plans (i.e. IG)
PROFILE
Business skills
Good knowledge of Financials markets and Financial products
Deep knowledge of BP2S activities and BP2S organization in Portugal and Worldwide
Strong appetite to develop personal expertise
Regulatory
Appetite to learn from constant regulatory evolution
Experience in leading with regulatory or market constraints
Capacity to apply regulation and constraint in a smart, constructive and balanced way
Experience in applying regulation requirements in the organization
Experience in implementing remediation plans from IG
Good Communication skills
Ability to communicate with others in a clear and articulate manner
Good written and oral communication skills
Good listening and questioning ability
Good ability to influence stakeholders from other departments/locations
Fluency in English
Fluency in French is a plus
