BUSINESS PARTNER ANALYST ? CHANGE MANAGEMENT (M/F)

The main aim is to guarantee the performance of activities related to the reduction of initiatives to change business processes, systems and technologies, ensuring a strategy that integrates as many stages as necessary for the transfer process to operational teams.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Plan, execute and monitor the rollout of new informatic processes, technology or tools in several stores
Develop and implement effective communication plans to enhance team?s engagement
Lead change workshops and monitor adoption
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work along with different team players in organization to promote and reinforcing the change
Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans and report indicators.

SKILLS WE VALUE:

Degree in Engineering, Management, Economy or related fields;
Experience in similar roles or fields (2 years minimum);
Orientation to continuous improvement;
Systematization and monitoring of implementation and adoption KPIs;
Management of change workshops;
Good communication skills and the ability to easily expose ideas;
Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the organization, at different levels, build bridges and easily connect with others;
Fluency in English both written and oral.
