e- Commerce & Digital (e-C&D) is a cross business (GBL) department, responsible for driving the electronification and digitalization of Global Markets. Within the e-Commerce space our focus is to manage the evolution and the enhancement of our electronic platforms (SDP. MDP, Portal, Sales Tools), with a Business objective to increase our footprint, provide efficiency to our clients and our Sales teams. We are also in charge of driving the Digital transformation of GM and are directly responsible for monitoring, coordinating and delivering new digital products and services leveraging the GM LAB and Fintechs.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The purpose of the role is to work within an established Product team to help define and deliver electronic product solutions (e.g. Cortex) for the Rates and FX businesses.


Our ambition is to be more efficient and relevant in the way we communicate with our clients. For this, we will be leveraging on telemetry data to trigger mass mailing campaigns through marketing automation tools. We are now looking for a data-driven marketeer to help us create content and rationalize the sending of mailing campaigns through Actito.


The selected candidate will be in charge of providing the right technical solutions so that the Marketing content is pushed through the rights digital marketing channels to our sales and clients, managing the tools and developing innovative solutions.


  • Support Senior Product Managers to develop the product strategy for Rates and FX and translate this into a well-executed roadmap;

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns;

  • Develop data analysis reports to inform decisions on product development and business delivery;

  • Connect Telemetry/Usage data of our electronic platforms to trigger automated mailing campaigns in Actito;

  • Create email templates and customized segments of contacts to implement targeted marketing campaigns;

  • Prepare and update regular email performance reports (open rate, CTR, etc.);

  • Responsible for communication with project stakeholders, including getting approvals, collecting feedback and do regular status reporting;

  • Perform campaign analysis and build reports to optimize our marketing strategy;

  • Prepare marketing content and assets, working closely with Digital Marketing and Design teams;

  • Ensure that our marketing assets are always updated across our platforms;

  • Prepare presentations and communicate progress in a clear and structured manner;

  • Frequent liaising with the business and IT teams to ensure correct translation of needs.


PROFILE


  • Academic background in Finance, Economics or Web Marketing;

  • Experience in Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce;

  • Desire to explore marketing automation tools like Actito;

  • Interest in project/campaign management;

  • Strong appetite for Digital technologies;

  • Expert MS office proficiency (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
