ABOUT THE ROLE?

The EUCAN IT Field Capability Lead engages with the markets and lead the IT aspect of their commercial and medical ambition to the field force. The immediate scope is our Veeva CRM, Segmentation & Targeting, Learning & Develop and incentive compensation for our field. Part of the work is business partnering, but equally big part is a hands-on team lead that ensures requirements are well understood and translated into use cases for the global delivery teams. The role performs business analysis and design either alone in small to medium size business change activities; or as a member or lead of a BA team in a large or global business change. The role operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity, and manages BAs in a matrix organization

The role will partner with the Global Support Functions (IT, Analytics and Commercial) to understand existing capabilities and suggest improvements to the marketing technology stack in alignment with the local IBEX leads commercial ambition.

The role will require a mixed skillset of Project Management, Business Partnering and Business Analysis and will be a very critical and visible role within the Europe and Canada commercial organization.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

• 
  Significant experience within a similar IT business partnering role
• 
  Strong business partnering and influential skills
• 
  Strong understanding and background working with CRM systems (Veeva would be very desirable)
• 
  Ability to work with complex integrated systems, using creative thinking to deliver outstanding results.
• 
  Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
• 
  Deep understanding of essential processes around field forces & capability
• 
  High ambition level and curious about everything
• 
  Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
• 
  Experience of mentoring, coaching or developing others
• 
  Experience of collaborating with third party suppliers/vendors.
