Application Support (M/F) with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and alert management in order to meet the SLAs required
• Application Support
• Develop tools and processes in the scope of service management
• Analyze, document and improve internal processes and tools
• Know the application flows and their functional analysis

Skills

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areas
• Good knowledge on Java and SQL
• Good knowledge on scripting languages (e.g., KSH/Bash, Python)
• Experience in using TIBCO and ELK stack
• Experience in application support
• Knowledge of standards and tools of good practices such as ITIL, ISO20000
• Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Pro-activity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
• Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements
• Time and travel availability
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
