Oxygen Platform is the Finance and IT Group shared service center located both Lisbon and Madrid, composed by around 760 people and servicing:


A large scope of financial activities from Accounting, Reporting, Control, monitoring, Transformation Projects, IT to Data activities.


A large scope of entities located in Europe Middle East and Africa region along with all Metropole group entities.


A large scope of clients CFO´s, Regulators, Group Finance Management, Auditors and Business line Heads


All operating business lines ( Corporate & Investment Banking, Retail, Personal Finance?) and group functions


These has to be performed thanks to harmonized processes, bring high level of data quality and propose high-end solutions to support in a challenging context the Group efficiency and strategy.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


People Matters as part of Oxygen COO Office supports the Management of Oxygen platform in both Lisbon and Madrid transversally in the set up and development of the workforce, working closely with the Human Resources departments.


The People Matters unit is responsible for projects related to 3 main areas: Talent Sourcing, Learning and Development, Internal Mobility, and for supporting employees and managers in those 3 areas.


  • Regular dialogue with employees:
    • Available to support in HR related topics

    • Support in HR topics

    • Assist with recruitment and mobility

    • Help on the definition and execution of Personal development Plans

    • Update and follow-up of main HR processes

    • Gather information to build significant KPIs and provide analytical reports of the information received

    • Support decision making to achieve project targets

  • Talent Sourcing
    • Headcount and budget control, in partnership with Cost Monitoring

    • Recruitment participation, monitoring and follow-up

    • Organization of Campus Management events

    • Ensuring Onboarding of new joiners, and coordinate actions of Manager, Buddy, IT, Facilities

    • Control the realization of intermediary checkpoints during the trial period of newcomers

    • Definition and coordination of Induction program: Composed of several modules with the objective to promote the necessary knowledge about Group BNP Paribas and Oxygen Finance Services activities and culture

  • Learning and Development
    • To lead Oxygen Academy implementation and follow up

    • To actively support and promote transversal communities (Employee Journey, Leaders for Tomorrow and Oxygen trainers)

    • To develop Training paths in concordance with skills matrix to be developed and support to managers on Personal Development Plan definition

    • Facilitate access to training available at Territory and Group level by promoting the opportunities available

    • Organize training that is not available through the internal channels

  • Internal Mobility
    • Make the opportunities more visible

    • Support employees and managers during the process

  • Global People Survey
    • Administration of the yearly Global People Survey for Oxygen: lists, campaign, reporting of results and respective communication / analysis

    • Work with Oxygen management on the definition and deployment of improvement action plans

  • Employee Data
    • Maintenance of employee databases (Referential, Refog, Org charts, Arrow, FTE dashboard, mapping Cost center).

    • KPIs production and analysis, mainly on turnover, training and absence rate indicators.

    • Monitoring of contract end dates (internships and external consultants).

PROFILE


  • Minimum bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, or other relevant field

  • Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience in relevant area

  • Experience in an HR environment is a plus

  • Knowledge of financial activities is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)

  • English is mandatory

  • Analytical skills and ability to summarize

  • Ability to work collaboratively with relevant teams, some in international locations

  • Strong planning and organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel and to prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Solutions-oriented thinker who is able to generate creative ideas

  • Rigour and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a changing and moving environment
