ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Support

• Filter all queries raised by the Ops teams - analyzing and raising the relevant issues to IT Ace TP, using 2STrack/QC/mail/etc


• Actively participate in the consolidation of the level of support to Ops teams based on excellence, achievable by
  
  • Duly managing the PROD mailbox with correct follow up of subjects and alerts
  
  
  • Treating all 2STRACK tickets (BTSS, ATP, ATF, ATU) on a timely manner (no new tickets/emails should be left without update at the EOD, unless created late, and no tickets/emails should be left without update for more than 48h)
  
  
  • Treating critical requests as a priority, always assessing the impacts to Ops teams
  
  
  • In case of critical issue, ensuring the creation of workarounds and alerts before market cut-off and that the corresponding defect is created the soonest
  
  
  • Identifying, following and escalating incidents keeping in mind the integrity of the system
  
  
  • Providing any new defect relating to PROD to the person centralizing the information
  
  
  • Ensuring all topics have a defined back-up in case of absence
  
  
  • Identifying any potential training need on Ops teams and suggesting training sessions to the users
  
  
  • Prioritizing the criticality of the different tasks to be executed
  
  
  • Be well aware of AceTP Roadmap and adjust priorities and organize tasks keeping according to deadlines
  
  
  • Have a general view of PROD support issues handled within his/her scope ensuring proper follow-up/clean-up of pending subjects
  
  
  • Be back?up for colleague?s tasks in their absence or whenever required
  
  

Business Requirements and UAT

• Take into account the requests from clients, Product and Operational teams, evaluating their feasibility and implementation process


• Follow the market evolutions, analyzing all impacts and defining the developments required in AceTP


• Analysis of impacts on all interfaces, deriving from each project - coordination with the relevant teams is required


• Participating in the creation/revision of the business requirements/specifications


• Build complete test plans to cover all specifications made for each development to be put in place by IT Ace TP, not forgetting NREG and a T2S CORE perspective (when applicable)


• Execution of UAT, market tests, E2E, NREG, raising all defects encountered to IT Ace TP, and ensure a good management of priorities


• Duly respect the deadlines for the test plan creation and execution, ensuring the UAT is completed within the deadlines of the delivery of the CRs/defects in PROD


• For the issues not fixed, and before the deployment in PROD, define any required workaround and alerts


• Training of Ops teams


• During UAT, coordinate with local MOA teams, if applicable


• Close follow?up of PROD activity after any delivery and ensure proper follow-up/clean-up of pending subjects.

Establish the link between the Ops teams and IT Ace TP

• Ensure that Ops needs are well translated to IT AceTP, centralizing all requests done by the various teams


• Together with Ops, Product team and IT AceTP, establish the priorities for the various developments requested


• Closely follow?up with IT Ace TP on the evolution of each project, ensuring the correct progression within the defined deadlines


• Keep Ops teams informed about the developments availability/readiness in PROD

PROFILE

• Minimum Level of Education: University Attendance


• Area of studies: Economics


• Fluent in English (both oral and written communication) is mandatory


• French is desirable
