Dividend Tracking Control Officer

Within CIB ITO Global Market Operations, Incomes and Taxes department belongs to CIB ITO GM Settlement & Accounting - Corporate Actions, Index Tracking, Incomes and Taxes (CA2IT) organization unit and is in charge of tracking and following-up incomes, and related taxes purposes on behalf entities within CIB ITO GM.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configuration of Dividends (Cash and reinvested) for the needs of Trading teams
- Control dividend daily feed (quality and consistency). This data is used to generate the P&L and price the related product
- Dividend Reconciliation between the data providers
- Analysis and evaluation of fundamentals and dividend policies
- Report the impact of market events on dividends to the Trading
- Follow earnings estimations and announcements
- Apply control and escalation procedures on breaks between different systems
- Express the needs to make yourself less sensitive to volumes
- Facilitate the integration of new activities and migrations of IT systems
- Ensure the consistency of the dividend Referential
- Participate in the industrialization of feed
- Contribute to the improvement and completeness of daily, weekly and monthly checks
PROFILE
- Fluent in English (French speaker is a positive aspect)
- Compliant with local guidance and conformity policies
- Proactive and extremely rigorous
- Strong analytics capabilities and problem solving to adapt context
- Able to work under pressure and dynamic, evolving environment
- Dispose strong team spirit and client focus mindset
- Financial markets knowledge
