Your Challenge

Work with an existing portfolio of small to medium businesses in your linguistic market, helping them to develop their advertising campaigns, working on strategy, helping them understand analytics and trends in their campaigns, and identifying areas where they can upgrade. Help amazing businesses reach customers and create meaningful campaigns to build a memorable brand.

This is a team focussed environment, you will have daily huddles (virtual just now of course), where you will share experiences and align on team challenges so while you have an abundance of autonomy and time to talk to your clients, you are supported by your managers and colleagues.

Your Resume

This role requires a collaborative, strategic and creative individual. An innovative thinker with an ability to connect with people and best help them with realising the sales potential of their business.

Experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus, but not essential. Here?s what we need;

• C2 level of Dutch C1 level of English
• Team Player
• Positive can-do attitude
• Resilience in abundance
• Some experience of marketing or sales advantages or understanding of SEO, PPC or social media environments.

Your Reward

A basic salary in the region of ?1250 gross per month, plus monthly bonus (?400 average monthly bonus for this market) and additional quarterly bonus available. This will give you high spending power in Lisbon, and great quality of life as cost of living is really low.

Opportunity to progress: 80% of the management team have been promoted from within the business and where advancement programs are actively promoted to team members. The training and experience gained are also highly desirable outside of the company and in many locations across Europe.
