Tasks

This position is based in Lisbon. You will be part of the Sales department of lemonads. Your missions will be :

• The development of the business action plan


• The application of the company?s business strategy


• Sales evaluation and result analysis


• The organization of meetings with sales teams


• Development of sales optimization strategies


• Analysis of the competition


• The proposal of offer adapted to customer needs

Requirements

PROFILE

• You have a first successful experience as a Sales Manager


• You are familiar with all the Office Pack


• You have a good understanding of sales performance metrics


• You have an excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills


• You are fluent in English. If you speak french or another language it?s a plus


• You are comfortable at dealing with people


• You are organized and rigorous


• You are autonomous and demanding with yourself


• You can work under pressure and keep a positive attitude


• You want to work on an ambitious project
