Within the Compliance function, Domestic Markets? mission is to ensure that the entities of the perimeter are compliant with all norms and regulations, it also participates in the definition of various Compliance projects to define the strategic orientation of Compliance activities, roadmaps and action plans.

The function is currently recruiting Compliance officers to staff the team in Lisbon. The position described below will provide support to DM teams in Paris on Control and Risk Management. He/She will coordinate and supervise key activities and reports across DM perimeter.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The team is accountable to perform several tasks within is mission namely:

• Control ? Data Collection

  
  

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of information provided by Domestic Markets Business Lines and Territories on Compliance controls performed

    
    

  • Ensure that Business Lines and Territories carry-out action plans to correct weaknesses identified by Compliance controls

    
    

• Risk Assessments and Compliance reporting

  
  

  • Participate in the preparation of Risk Assessments and Compliance Reporting campaigns

    
    

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of data provided

    
    

• Regulatory Incidents

  
  

  • Coordinate the quarterly reporting of incidents with regulatory impacts

    
    

• Compliance tool users review

  
  

  • Coordinate, on an annual basis, the accesses granted to the Compliance tool for all Domestic Markets perimeter

    
    

• Alert duty

  
  

  • The duty to alert DM CCRM regarding any dysfunction or any matter likely to involve the reputation of the Group or of a DM Territory/ Business Line

    
    

PROFILE

• Rigor and accuracy with evidence of drive, curiosity, good judgment and good attention to detail

• Strong Microsoft pack office qualifications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,..)
