We are looking for a Marketing Lead or specialist with the ambition to grow our marketing; create stories, work with partners, elevating the Impossible Brand to help fulfil the group?s business objectives ? eventually building and leading a team.

Your work might look a little like this

• 
  Help develop the marketing & brand strategy for the Impossible group


• Execute the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR


• Working closely with the company?s teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations


• Find, write and elevate our stories, producing compelling written content


• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve media reputation and recognition


• Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends


• Setting Objectives and key results for marketing


• Managing the marketing budget


• Work with our network of experts to manage and produce other initiatives

Your mandatory skills

• 
  Proven track record of success in broad marketing roles


• Ability to work strategically, but also be hands-on


• A creative writer


• Able to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company


• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original marketing opportunities


• Native level spoken and written English.

Set yourself apart

• 
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing


• Experience across startups and ventures, B2B and B2C


• Worked and lived in multiple countries
