Motion Designer Trainee

In order to promote good risk practices and encourage good conduct, Risk Culture disseminates information through its internal digital platforms, organises worldwide conferences and supports any teams across the BNP Paribas network in their risk-acculturation needs. Leveraging on the latest technology and the newest means of communications is at the heart of Risk Culture?s model in its objective to reach out to all staff within the Group. To produce content in various digitalised formats: animated videos, video montages, infographics?and to publish on Risk Culture?s dedicated platform, Risk Culture is looking for an intern to act as junior motion designer / junior communications associate with a motion design background. He/she will work jointly with the team?s head of content creation and the team?s communications associates to ensure that all content is published using varied formats with the most up to date techniques in a timely manner.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Based on scripts prepared by Risk Culture, support and suggest the appropriate medium to feature content in attractive formats ,
Be constantly on the lookout for new techniques, new media which can advantageously be used to promote Risk Culture content,
Support in the creation of motion design videos, edit existing footage (cutting, subtitling etc..) and upload them on the intranet media library
The candidate will be instrumental in helping Risk Culture become the internal reference for information on all risks; this position therefore requires relentless presence, enthusiasm and bold creativity
PROFILE
Mastering production techniques with digitalised media
Good writing skills in English
Good communication skills ? written & oral
Organisational skills (event logistics, project management logistics?)
Attention to detail / rigor
Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
Agility
Ability to understand, explain and support/drive change
Ability to develop and leverage networks
Ability to spot new trends, suggest thought-provoking media and formats and inspire a wide audience via impactful communications
An eye for impacting visuals, witty phrasings and an appetite for meaningful communications
Familiar with collaborative tools
Familiar with the usage of social network and web based networking
Fluent in digital practices
Familiar with content-rich platforms which can supply visuals/sounds/musics free of charge
Mastering Sharepoint programming would be a plus
Tools / technologies / methodologies:
Vyond (or similar animated film creation platform)
Kahoot
Indesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
Unsplash
FinalCut Pro (or similar editing software)
Working language is English: excellent level required
Understanding and reading French is a plus
