The team communicates economic and strategic views to internal and external clients and the media. Markets 360 aims to publish clear, timely, thought-provoking pieces on topics ranging from financial and economic forecasts to in-depth analysis of the economies under coverage and related political developments.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will help the Client Development Specialist for Research in the implementation of the Global Markets Research Strategy.
The candidate will promote and directly contribute to reporting automation for a greater level of client intelligence and information-sharing.
- Help streamline the Client Interactions Reporting process directly to clients or via aggregators, by fostering increased automation;
- Work in partnership with Client Analytics and Operations teams in Lisbon to:
- Maintain a Client Research Database and promote its development and automation;
- Develop appropriate methods to measure resources allocation ensuring obligations to clients can be fulfilled;
- Provide regular business updates on research consumption to Research and Sales Management teams, to monitor and improve KPIs;
- Understand internal client hierarchy and leverage on reporting requirements to properly identify clients to be flagged for MiFID II purposes. Be the point of contact for Regulatory and Business Management teams for implementation of additional regulatory requirements (e.g. FINRA US Debt Research rules);
- Promote the usage of Client Development?s reports and Client Relationship Management?s tool.
PROFILE

- Results oriented with track record of achieving established targets;
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written in both native and English languages;
- Ability to translate technical terms into business terms, and vice-versa;
- Organizationally sensitive and a team player;
- Ability to prioritize by considering possible impact on the business;
- Passion, tenacity and resilience in an ever changing environment;
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge;
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management tools;
- VBA and/or Python skills are a plus.
