Position Description

The function will be integrated in the Integration Solutions support teams and covering:

• Management of Systems, Database and Network
• Application maintenance and support
• IPC Process Management
• Project Management
• QoS and Governance

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Create scheduling for production, prioritizing jobs for stream optimization (TWS OPC)
• Construction of scripts in Linux and of chains in JCL
• Follow-up of Batch executions and File transfers
• Application monitoring and reporting
• Analyze and prepare accurate documentation for production.
• Data analysis and decision making to support teams requests.
• Incident, Problem and Change Management support, in an enterprise application and system administration environment
• General technology & system administration, providing 2nd - 3rd level support
• Improvement and extension of operational system stability and performance
• Creation and improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation
• Implementation of Standard Work Requests (based on AXA Group Operations standards, using ServiceNow)
• Very good troubleshooting skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years significant experience in Batch Scheduling Consultant

Must Have:

• In depth technical knowledge in TWS / OPC
• Construction of scripts in Linux and chains in JCL.
• Experience of shell Linux scripting languages.
• Experience in Linux Admin services and tools.
• Proficient with configurations in Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Cloud environments.
• ITIL / IPC knowledge.

Nice to Have:

• UDM for File Transfer Knowledge
• EGEN for job construction

Technical knowledge in application servers as:

• Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP, JBOS
• Experience with the following technologies is an advantage: Network Knowledge (TCP/IP), Scripting (Shell, Perl, Powershell...), Nagios
• ServiceNow as advance user
