About the job role:

As a French Customer Support, you will provide a warm and professional contact with each of our customer’s client and solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.

As a French Customer Support, you will:

• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

We are looking for:

• Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
