ABOUT THE ROLE

We?re looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our team, to take over our visual interface, design system and marketing materials. You?ll be expected to:

• 
  Create and manage our design system as we grow and expand markets
  
• Have experience creating and contributing to digital design libraries/ pattern libraries
  
• Work with our UX senior to deliver the best user-centric experience design, while gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
  
• Knowledge of best practices in design and customer experience alongside industry trends
  
• Aptitude for developing clean and scalable design
  
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes
  
• Document and keep the records of the design process;
  
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
  
• Work as part of an integrated team, alongside with business, designers and front-end developers;
  
• Have a fantastic eye for detail and craft, with the ability to produce pixel-perfect work.
  
• Think critically, be proactive and be capable of adapting to change;
  
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps;
  
• Fluent in Figma;
  

• 5+ years of previous product/UI design experience
  
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  
• Portfolio of design projects
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  
• Excellent knowledge of scalable and responsive UI components
  
• Excellent knowledge in product lifecycle
  
• Experienced in working with a multidisciplinary team
  
• Good time-management skills
  
• Proficient English language skills
  
• Experience working in an agile environment, with a product in constant change
