Payroll Officer Full-time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Payroll Officer responsibilities include calculating employees? compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timey payments.


  • Calculating overtime; shift payments; sales commissions and bonuses

  • Accounting, distributing and preparing taxes and deductions

  • Maintaining payroll records

  • Preparing and distributing pay information to employees

  • Answering questions from HR transversal professionals regarding payroll matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance

  • Ensure the good technical knowledge of the Payroll and Time Management tools (Uman & PI)


PROFILE


  • Bachelor Degree inhuman Resources, Economics, Finance or Accounting

  • Experience up to two years in Human Resources

  • Good knowledge about contractual and administrative processes

  • Good knowledge about Payroll processes

  • Proficient using Excel and Word

  • Attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Results driven

  • Client oriented
