  To produce all printed material including, but not limited to menus, daily programs, etc.
• 
  To ensure all printing jobs are done in a good timely and professional manner.
• 
  To operate the printing equipment such as printer, folding machines etc.
• 
  To assist various departments including the Guest Service and Admin departments with printing jobs, desktop publishing duties and various other tasks.
• 
  To ensure that work stations are cleaned according to schedule, following the detail of USPH standards.
• 
  To submit work orders when deficiencies are noted or when maintenance is required and to follow up on the work orders in a timely manner.
• 
  To perform any other duties set by Guest Service Manager and Senior Receptionist.

• 
  Minimum of two (1) years? experience on land or one (1) years? experience on board a cruise ship in similar position required.
• 
  Must have advanced English skills.
• 
  Any additional foreign language is a plus.
• 
  Must have good administrative skills (Microsoft Office) and technical skills (printers and other machines)
• 
  Basic accounting skills and organizational skills required.
