You come with

• C1 level English written and spoken
• 1 Year experience in team management
• 6 Months experience performing Quality tasks
• Familiar with different QA methods
• Reporting skills using Microsoft Office tools
• High school diploma
• Availability to start on the 11th January 2021
• Availability to work 24/7 shift rotation

A day at Conectys

• Reports directly to the Project Manager
• Provides leadership, coaching, development, and supports its team
• Responsible for identifying training and performance needs, developing action plans for improving and sustaining team performance as well as participating and completing special projects as assigned
• Works closely with partners both inside and outside of the company to ensure the success of the department?s day-to-day activities and fulfill the account?s goals
• Responsible for ensuring that company policies are followed as well as helping to identify and execute changes in policy and procedures
• Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates workflow
• Scheduling and resource allotment
• Support the team in difficult questions and/or helps with escalations
• Other admin tasks related with the role
