ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leader - Business Implementation Management Frankfurt is in charge of managing the BIM team located in BP2S Lisbon and performing activities to BP2S Frankfurt
He/she is responsible to support the daily activities
He/she is responsible to control absence / leave of all the team members
He/she is responsible for providing the necessary conditions for the team members? trainings and to boost their expertise (soft and technical skills)
He/she is in charge to monitor the KPI of the BIM team?s activities and to maintain the quality of the service
He/she is in charge to solve escalations received
He/she is responsible to assure the procedures for the activities
He/She is responsible for the recruitment
He/she is responsible to participate in internal and transversal projects
Primary Responsibilities
Understand the business/organizational expectations and objectives
Ensure all the business knowledge has been acquired to deliver the duties
Ensure high level of communication network is established with all the stakeholders with in the business group
Take ownership on the task and should be accountable for the task delivered or undelivered
Should work independently and must be solution driven
Delivering the correct information & coordination with concerned departments from Client Delivery. Client Services or other
Prioritize the work and conduct investigations with due diligence on all the issues
Ensure all the exceptions are reviewed, researched, documented and resolved in a timely manner
Ensure high level of service has been delivered to the Clients and Business Partners of BNP Paribas Securities Services
Ensure that deadlines are adhered and the exceptions are informed on pre-facto basis

Understands the desired outcomes of the Business Implementation Management activity and is able to identify the key improvements, which add value and efficiency to the process

PROFILE
Fluent in English and German
Strong qualifications in Microsoft Excel
2 to 4 years of experience in Securities services operations
Experience in management is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to share / pass on knowledge
Attention to detail
Team spirit
