Our Departments are a part of Custody and Clearing Services, having both operational and account management teams. We are a young and dynamic team, providing our clients a premier custody service, performing on a diverse and international group with across-the-globe presence.

Asset Servicing is a post trading service and within Corporate Actions and Income it is our responsibility to inform our clients, according to their portfolio, of all changes their assets may be affected by as per issuer/shareholder?s decision as well as the distribution of profits and dividends, acting as an intermediary between the client investment and the market.

We are looking for people that are problem-solving driven, fast paced and eager to learn. We are looking for people that intend to grow with BNP Paribas in the VUCA environment we are currently living in.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform custody operations

  
  

  • Announcement of future Corporate Action/Income events

    
    

  • Follow up of Corporate Actions events (client instructions)

    
    

  • Payment of Corporate Action/Income events

    
    

  • Accountancy / reconciliation of cash and securities

    
    

• Control risks at an operational level and follow established procedures

  
  

• Contact a portfolio of Institutional Clients, either through email, phone or other designated tools

  
  

• Analyze and report information to the client based on their questions and queries

  
  

PROFILE

• Academic Degree (preferential) or 12th grade (mandatory)

  
  

• Fluency in English (mandatory)

  
  

• At least 3 years of professional experience (preferential)

  
  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel

  
  

• Problem solving skills, creativity and analytical skills

  
  

• Ability to prioritize deadlines and work well under pressure

  
  

• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy on multiple tasks

  
  

• Strong team working skills

  
  

• Good communication skills
