Position Summary
For our GBS Lisbon Source to Pay (S2P) department, we are currently looking for a Sourcing Junior Analyst for Marketing category. Reporting to GBS Technical Sourcing Team Lead, this professional will be responsible to drive selection of suppliers in respective categories, tendering, negotiation and contract renewals.

A day in the life of...
  • Drive selection of suppliers, tendering, negotiation and contract renewals according to NPD defined strategies and guidance, business priorities and Nestlé Procurement Policy;

  • Continuously develop and maintain deep market knowledge and support. Regular feedback, report and analysis (extract information and deliver the results);

  • Market's support ? transition and future work; ways of working implemented in the markets;

  • Develop and maintain internal/external stakeholders relationships;

  • Responsible for the tender process - analysis and report. RFI and RFP Management, Menu Price List Negotiations, Report Savings, SOW (Scope of Work Creation) Management and Negotiation;

  • Support the Global Team (AMCT): extract and analyse data to ensure saving targets and deadlines defined;

  • Actively cooperate and participate in internal and external audits.

What will make you successful
  • Procurement background - at least 1 year;

  • Degree in Business as benefit but not essential;

  • Ability to successfully lead projects;

  • Negotiation in cross functional and cross market teams;

  • Stakeholder management/ engagement;

  • Knowledge in SAP and MS Applications.
