The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and ad hoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- CIB Representative for all deferred compensation matters including Buy-Outs
- Follow-up the employees leaver status
- Manage the payment processes
- Responsible for the projects impacting CIB deferred compensation
- Reporting
- Administration & Support of the Dibox statement tool for CIB HR and employees
- Monitor delegations from Group HR and CIB
- Coordination with all stakeholders (Group HR Compensation & Benefits teams, CIB Employee relation, Territories HR?)
- Ensure proper documentation (products, process, tools?)
- Monitor Leaver Status, Compensation & Buy-out data quality within SPEAR
PROFILE
- University Degree
- Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in:
o Reporting/Consolidation experience in a Finance environment
o Management of large databases
o Systems Administration & Support
- Strong Excel level (VBA is a plus)
- Process and detailed oriented
- Organisation
- Ability to work with different stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities
- High sense of confidentiality
- Ability to report major issues to Management
- Fluent in English (oral and written), French knowledge is a plus
