Technical Requirements:

• At least a year of experience in costumer support, systems deployment/admin, network operations, and software support.
• 
  Strong knowledge of: any Windows OS, Mobile device OS, Client/Server knowledge, understanding of Cloud services;
• 
  Knowledge in Exchange, SCCM, Azure, Office 365, and programming, are a plus;
• 
  Proficiency in English;

  Ability to work under pressure;
