You will be responsible to record the orders into the company?s entry system, maintaining the database updated, and ensuring that all the procedures are accomplished.
Principal responsibilities
As an Front Back Office your main functions will be:
  • Maintain existing databases with appropriate information and create required reports ;
  • Interact appropriately with external and internal stakeholders: Investigate, thoroughly, validate, findings adequately, provide information, data, proposed solutions, timeframes, and confirmations;
  • Verifies entered data by reviewing, deleting, correcting, and/or re-entering data that may or may not have been correct in the first place;

During your day to day:
  • You will manage orders data and information, eliminating duplication of data and purging files;
  • You will review data to solve discrepancies by using standard procedures;
  • You will assure all the information security;
  • You will be in contact with different stakeholders
  • You will collaborate within other company projects

Requisitos

  • High school degree (12º)
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar functions
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese (Mandatory)
  • English knowledge (B1)
  • Availability to rotative shifts, including night
