Main Responsibilities:

• Dunning;

• Prep for collections: open items reporting, recording and follow up of collection actions;

• Disputes / CN;

• Orders blocking;

• Lega cases and bankruptcy admin / support and follow up;

• PEC (bad debt prep).

Language requirements:

• Native / fluent Portuguese;

• Spanish (preferred, not mandatory).
