Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment: perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives;
- Employee data and employee relations management; leave management; support in employee engagement initiatives;
- Benefits administration: define and develop assessment recommendations for all businesses and levels;
- Knowledge management admin;
- Support in training of new a team members on operation procedures & policies.
- Native / fluent Portuguese;
- Fluent or upper intermediate English;
- Spanish (preferred, not mandatory).
- Team player with interpersonal skills;
- Time management and administrative skills;
- Analysis and problem solving capacity;
