The Procurement activity at Group Strategic Sourcing (at Group and Entity level) supports the Entities of BNP Paribas Group in the process of buying goods and services to get the best combination of quality, cost, risks and delivery time. Its mandate covers all the Group external expenses. The Procurement activity of BNP Paribas Group's main tasks are to meet the needs of the businesses/entities in terms of external spending while ensuring the best cost-quality-time for the Group, optimizing these external costs and guarantee the security of the supplier relationship.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Within Group Strategic Sourcing Services, you will join the Sourcing System team who is charge of evolution, maintenance and administration of Source-to-Pay applications.

As a Referential Administrator you will:

• Control the consistency of data input by the customers (BNPP Businesses)


• Ensure end user support and resolve production issues


• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers


• Contribute to analytical reporting based on data collected from the activities

PROFILE

• Bachelor?s degree, or equivalent by experience, in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting, is a strong plus


• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles and activities (database administration)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is mandatory


• Availability and customer orientation skills


• Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills


• Excellent attention to details


• Strong communication skills (both orally and writing)


• Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment


• Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking


• Fluent in French (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory
