MOONCHILD is a sustainable and digital-first brand for luxury sleep goods made of cruelty-free Peace-Silk. Our direct-to-consumer approach allows us to offer luxurious products at a competitive pricing. Our products and materials are ethically sourced and hand made in small manufactories.
YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING TO THE TABLE
YOU SHOULD BE EXCITED ABOUT
You will work closely with our founder on developing the Start-Up form early on. You would contribute to the success of a fast growing brand, that has already gained international press, such as Vogue, LA Times or GQ and is sold at renowned retailers, such as Douglas, only a few month after market entry. The working space is one of Berlins most vibrant Start-Up Communities in Mitte and part-time remote. 3 month would take place in Faro, Portugal. Housing and flights included.

- Studies in business, fashion, marketing or social science
- Excellent communications skills in English, German is a plus
- Well organized
- Hands-on mentality
- Eager to learn in a fast paced environment
- Passion for design and sustainability

- develop and implement a content marketing + social media strategy
- Creating stories for PR, CRM
- Engaging a community through events + pop-ups
- Supporting in creative production, storytelling through visuals
- Engaging in business development
- Supporting sourcing, design + production-management
- Researching future projects
- Market + competitor research
