My Client in Portugal is looking for German Customer Support Agents to start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Give the best advices regarding the different queries of the small and medium businesses.
• A trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant

for their online advertising strategy;

• Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online

advertisement solutions;

• Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and good level of English;
• Interest in digital marketing or online advertising platforms;
• Exemplary communication and listening skills;
• Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently;
• Positive mind set;
• Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
